(i)             Recipient of the Bharati Education Award for the First Position in BA Honours (in History) at Alipurduar College under the University of North Bengal (1996). 

(ii)            Recipient of the University Gold Medal for the First Class Second Position in MA (History) at the University of North Bengal (1998). 

(iii)         Recipient of Dadhi Mohanta Memorial Social Science Research Award (2017), Cinnamara College, Jorhat, Assam.
